Build the Control Plane. Keep the Agent Disposable.

Most agentic-AI programmes pour effort into smarter agents and defer the platform around them. The stronger move is the reverse: build a thin, deterministic control plane — work object, state, identity, policy, audit — and keep the agents disposable.
